Why I Stopped Drinking Alcohol & How It Changed My Life

Sabrina Magnan

I don't drink alcohol anymore, and I've never felt better.

I get a lot of questions about why I stopped drinking, and I get the curiosity! We live in a culture where alcohol is at the center of social activities, and it's weird to NOT drink.

A few years ago, I got curious about my relationship with alcohol and whether it was improving my mental, emotional and physical health. In this episode, I'm going to reveal all of it.

If you've ever felt curious about your own relationship with alcohol, or if you're just looking for a candid conversation about personal evolution, this episode is for you.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • The turning point that made me re-evaluate my drinking habits
  • How I navigated the often-awkward social situations and the subtle (and sometimes not-so-subtle) pressures that come with being a non-drinker.
  • The profound improvements in my physical, mental, and emotional well-being that I experienced after making this lifestyle change.
  • How my friendships naturally evolved, and how I found a community that truly aligns with my authentic self.
  • Powerful questions to help you reflect on your own relationship with alcohol, and whether it’s truly serving you.

I'm not here to tell you what to do! I just want to normalize a different way of living so that if you've ever been curious about exploring a non-drinking lifestyle, you can hear what it's been like from someone who's been through it.
